The OFFICIAL Lookout Pass Ski Area snow report is requested every 20 minutes from 5:12 to 9:52 AM and written to this page at wallace-id.com. This is done as a service for those locals with dial-up internet who need the basic information quickly. At 10:01, this page is copied to an archive directory and renamed with the date incorporated. These archived reports will be used, along with the snow reports from Silver Mountain Ski Area to compile the daily 2009/10 Silver Valley Ski Area Snowfall Log and Commentary. This is the NINTH year that I have recorded the daily snowfall at both Silver Valley ski resorts.
