Since wind conditions can change dramatically at Silver Mountain, this abbreviated report is extracted from the resort's snow report every 20 minutes between 5:13 and 10:53 AM each morning. At 11:01, this page is copied to an archive directory at wallace-id.com and renamed with the date incorporated. These archived reports will be used, along with the snow reports from Lookout Pass Ski Area to compile the daily 2011/12 Silver Valley Ski Area Snowfall Log and Commentary. This is the ELEVENTH year that I have recorded the daily snowfall at both Silver Valley ski resorts.
